Rob Lowe is Crazy Six, an American junkie who heads to Eastern Europe to get away from the drama he’s gotten himself into at home. But action follows Six wherever he goes, and it isn’t long before he’s Europe’s most wanted man after he and French gangster Dirty Mao make off with cash and illegal plutonium belonging to crime boss Raul. Burt Reynolds plays Dakota, the cop who’s called into sort things out.
