Rishi is a techie who sees quick success and eventually becomes CEO of a large company in the USA. He studied in a college in Vishakhapatnam where he forms a friendship with Pooja and Ravi. A misunderstanding leads them to part their ways, and Rishi leaves for the USA. When his friends threw a party, Rishi comes to know what Ravi had done for him in his college days.
